Today on the show Jayson is talking with Vanessa Deleon, owner and CEO of Vanessa Deleo Associates, an award winning Interior Design Firm that specializes in residential, commercial, and hospitality design, and Bobby Bournias, the owner of the Brownstone Pancake Factory in Edgewater, NJ.

In this episode we talk about how the two different personality types of Vanessa and Bobby fit together so well, and how they’re able to motivate, and push each other. We talk about some early obstacles and adversities that both Bobby and Vanessa had to overcome, why it’s important to feel needed. We also discuss how both of them dealt with their businesses during the pandemic, how they continued to thrive, and how sometimes, it’s not about the money, it’s about making people happy and staying fulfilled.
