episode, we talked about OCD and Scribulosity. OCD is such a difficult subject because so often you

hear that term thrown around really casually as an adjective when someone is talking about how

perfectionistic they are, how clean they like things, but true obsessive compulsive disorder is

so different than those stereotypes may lead people to believe, and it really is a serious mental

health issue. And one that is for sure affecting someone that you know right now and love,

and it's especially hard on our missionaries. So many people who have OCD especially religiously

themed OCD don't even know what to call their pain. They often only have religious language or

explanations for what they're feeling, and that can lead to so many years of deep and totally

unnecessary suffering. And that really gets to the primary reason that we're doing this episode.
