Summary

It was around midnight on the 8th of October, 2016 when a number of drivers swerved to miss a man driving the wrong way on the I-89 highway in Vermont. Emergency dispatchers received phone call after phone call about a vehicle speeding north in a southbound lane. They desperately scrambled to try and locate the vehicle but soon, reports of a crash came flooding in.
