Today on the podcast, Lindsay is forcing you to be a quitter! In the best way possible! We are talking about quitting the things that no longer make you feel fulfilled- or even worse, make you feel bored or miserable.
We aren’t talking about quitting when something gets hard.
We are talking about quitting when something doesn’t feel right anymore.
Lindsay really believes that sometimes we are stuck doing the wrong thing, but we don’t know what the right thing is so we just stay put. But then we aren’t giving the universe the white space for us to discover what the right thing actually is.
This type of quitting takes serious psychological courage. You have to be willing to be vulnerable and not afraid of judgment. You have to be willing to accept that you spent time doing something that wasn’t right. But that’s why we need to cut and run now. Not 2 or 3 or 10 years from now when we are doing the same boring, unfulfilling thing.
Lindsay opens up about things that she’s quit (way later than she should have) and a bad habit she didn’t even realize was wasting time and bringing her zero fulfillment.
On our journey of trying to be awesome at everything, quitting the wrong things is ultra important. So listen to this episode, then go quit something, or 10 things, that are no longer serving you ❤️
