I mean, he looked pretty good in those spring practices, and it could get real interesting with him.

When the defense is feeding off the crowd, and the crowd is feeding off the defense,

and the offense is scoring touchdowns and real fan Dan is ripping his shirt off.

I think our fans are going to be blown away and excited by it.

Welcome into the lounge. It is a one-man crew today in the lounge. It's kind of a quiet place here. Ryan Mink is on vacation for about 100 days. No surprise here. You know, that's kind of his MO, but luckily I am here to pick up his slack. And we've got some good guests today. We're going to talk to our vice president of broadcasting, Jay O'Brien, about some awesome stuff that's happening at the stadium that fans are going to be really, really fired up about. And also our preseason broadcast. And also John Eisenberg, our columnist who has been,

you know, in Maine State here in Baltimore and the sports media scene for decades, who just came

out with a new book and also want to get his perspective about some things that are happening

around this team. So with that said, the first guest today is Jay O'Brien. And I got a question

for you, Jay. Is there anybody that you've ever worked with that takes more vacation time than Ryan make you? I hope that my appearance on the

podcast while he is on vacation starts a rivalry, starts some rumors about how Ryan and I don't

get along. Yeah, that's, you, the truth of the matter is that you said you're not coming

on the podcast until Ryan is on vacation. Which is basically always, so I can always get on the podcast. But no, I'm living vicariously

through Ryan and his trips abroad. I have no idea how he's doing it with a young child. That's

nuts. Yeah, it is crazy. So one of the reasons, honestly, we want to bring you on is because

you are the one behind a lot of what's happening at the stadium.

And so folks haven't been in the stadium since last season ended, but there's a lot that's happened.

It's a dramatic set of upgrades that we're working on down at the stadium.

You know, the board is increasing.

It's doubling in width.

It's improving by 50% in height. The first board is up, and it's, I've seen drawings and I've seen mock-ups and to see it up

and powered on. It's, I mean, it's impressive to me and to everyone that's down there working on it.
