It's Ellis James and John Robbins here and Ellis in South London and producer Dave in Cheedle Hume.

This is a pre-recorded show with all of us in our various virtual hubs from which we communicate via

So Dave as a regularist as we'll know has just had twins. Ellis as a regularist as we'll know

doesn't have a garden and has two young children. Guys, how's it been?

Well, as I mentioned on our isolation tips podcast, which is the added podcast that we release

where we talk about the specifics around isolation. I took my daughter to the park and got moved on

by a lady from Lumberth Council who was wearing a high-vis jacket because...

Ellis is now on the run from Lumberth Council after I think flagrantly Ellis playing football

with a five. Yeah, well they said that's not the correct type of exercise that they want to see

and I said, okay, that's fine but realistically speaking she's five, she's not going to go jogging

and she doesn't have a bike. So we got moved on, that's absolutely fine, not a problem.

She not in to track my run. Well...

Because I really think by the age of five she should be at least enlisted in a couple of remote

books. It's actually easier to make a little kid do shuttl runs than you think because you just

tell them that they're that they're racing against themselves and that they are always the winner.

Yeah. So we went to the park this morning and I just made a run from tree to tree, not touching

the tree obviously but I was I was shouting out times I'm singing you've got to get to that tree
