Welcome in. Full transparency, right? I just finished recording episode, this would be episode 648. A couple minutes ago I just finished recording episode 647. I'm recording two episodes back to back. I did not record an episode last week. I was moving. I started a new job.

Very chaotic. I couldn't have recorded even if I wanted to. I literally didn't even have

anything set up to record. I just, uh, I'm in a new room. I'm figuring it out, but this is the recording studio for the next 15 months minimum.

Hopefully it will sign multiple leases and stay in this apartment for years and years.

I really love it. I'm very happy. I want to be in this apartment until I can possibly buy a house. I really really love where I live right now. I'm really happy. My girlfriend's awesome. Life is good. I'm recording two podcasts back to back because again we didn't record
