So just FYI for all of you in our lovely community, it just makes it a lot easier.

or just continuing the conversation

because it's kind of boring

just to talk to oneself all the time.

So thanks for working with us. Yeah, absolutely. As we head into the

holiday season, I know things can get a lot crazier than usual, at least for me, you know,

there's a lot of activities and events and just a lot going on and it can be really easy to

kind of get ungrounded so i always zero in on the practices that make a huge difference for me and

one of the things that i always focus on is sleep because i know that if i can really get a good night

sleep that is going to have a ripple out effect and positively affect everything else in my life
