Hello everyone. This is David Sparks. I am joined today somewhat remotely by my friend Stephen

Hackett. How are you today, Stephen? I'm good. I'm all the way remote. I'm a Tennessee.

Well, I mean, you're on my screen. I can see you. I get to see your face. That's not that's

unusual for me, right? It is unusual. So today we are recording a live like Q&A webinar type

thing. So we're on video. We're streaming to a bunch of people live. And yeah, it's a little

it's a little unusual. Yeah, it's fun though. We're trying this out as a new format. I think we

may do it once in a while if it works. We were actually going to do it with you here. You were

going to stay with me for a little while, but you know, things happened and it just didn't work out.

But eventually we'll get you out here. We can do one when we're both in the same room. But

you know, with the miracle of the internet, we can also do these remotely. And it's kind of

fun having a live room full of folks that we had to dog on the screen before we hit the record.

But we did. Stephen cleaned his office. I brushed my hair. You know, so we're really like up in

our production today, guys. Yeah. Yeah, it's fancy, fancy day here at NPU. And so yeah, so we're

going to do some Q&A today. But first, this is really just one big announcement. So on Wednesday,
