| 1:07.1 | joining me. Oh, wonderful to be here, Stephanie. So today we're going to talk about your favorite vaccines, vaccines for respiratory diseases. |
| 1:17.1 | And last year we had what people were calling the triple-demic, right, the high rates of COVID, flu, and RSV. |
| 1:25.2 | And the immunizations for the future, for this coming fall, are going to really be wrapped around |
| 1:32.2 | those three diseases. |
| 1:35.1 | And so I would like to start with COVID. |
| 1:37.4 | So there's going to be a new COVID shop, but what do we know about it? |

| 1:42.6 | So the FDA voted to update the COVID vaccine to represent one of the variants that are |
| 1:54.1 | collectively called XBB. |
| 1:56.9 | And they showed a lot of data showing that while there's a couple of different XBs, they all sort of look the same and antibodies to one recognize the other. |
| 2:05.7 | So the vaccine manufacturers will now make an XB-based vaccine for the fall. |
