about choosing what is with gratitude.

And what I mean by that is choosing

the present moment with gratitude.

We can shift our way of thinking to almost be thinking like,

I chose this moment, and that way I can have gratitude for it, right? If we look at it

differently we can have gratitude for it because I chose it so I'm going to be

grateful for it.

But often we look at it the flip side.

This moment is happening to me,

and so I'm miserable about it.

So I think if we can choose what is and the reality is we might as well

choose it because we can't change what is it is and choose it with gratitude. Be there with gratefulness. Fear is almost

always rooted in scarcity. The scarcity mentality will take us down and it really does have a lot of fear and anxiety tied up in it.

If you are afraid that you won't have something that you want or your

desire, you're in a scarcity mentality and that feels fearful that feels scary that sends messages to the mind and body

there's not enough this is dangerous because warm is dangerous is dangerous

more is dangerous and those are the messages that we're sending now that's not

what we're really dealing with, but those are the messages we send when we are in a scarcity mentality.

So what is it that we could be afraid of that we are lacking or having to go without?
