Summary

In today's episode I talk about setting boundaries and sticking to them (despite others being unhappy about it.) We often get push back when we set boundaries, especially in friendships and relationships, which is why it's important to be clear with your expectations and stand your ground.

I talk about my experience in past relationships, learning that it's okay for others to not understand how you feel, walking away when a boundary has been crossed, the difference between boundaries and walls and figuring out what's important to you and your values.

LET ME KNOW WHAT YOU THINK! ♡
