Woohoo! Hell yeah! Here we go. Well, this is not our first episode to go live in 2021, but it is the first episode we're recording in 2021. It's January 3rd. Raylene, how is your 2021 going so far?

Great. I've already read two books. Wow. Okay. Which we'll get into. An achiever over here. I've read 22 pages, so that. Great. I've already read two books. Wow. Okay. Yeah, which we'll get into. An achiever over here.

I've read 22 pages, so that about tracks correctly for our personalities. That's true,

but you did get a cool new chair, so you're winning in that way. It's true. This saga of the

pink chair. So I found this pink perfect, this perfect pink chair on Facebook

Marketplace. And I just picked it up today, which like I said is January 3rd. I thought I was going

to pick it up on January 1st. And so in my head, and this is dumb, it's similar to the mashed

potato psychology. But in my head, I was like, okay, I want to read. I'm going to start the reading year off in my new pink chair. And then January 1st, I couldn't get the chair. January 2nd, I couldn't get the chair. I forgot it this morning. I picked it up this morning. And so it's meant I haven't read any. I haven't read at all. It happens, man.

But that's okay. I'm excited. I still feel very invigorate. It just feels like, I don't know, I feel like the year started and I didn't even notice a little bit. I'm like still catching up with this. Yeah, totally. No, I'm excited that we're in 2021. I think it's going to be a good time. I'm so excited for the podcast in 2021.

new things that are heading your way. But something that we just thought of last night when we

were prepping for today's recording

is a new little feature that's going to be in a lot of the episodes. So as you know,

we do book news. Raleen doesn't really like doing book news. I think Raleen, tell me if I'm

correct on this. You like that we do book news. You just don't like finding the book news.

Absolutely. I find it to be a struggle every time. And as you've probably noticed, I've forgotten the past two times that we've done book news and you've provided all the book news. So I think that was like a natural segue for me to stop doing book news because it's just too hard for me. I don't know. It's a chore. Exactly. So yesterday we were like, can we think of a new

mini segment for Raylene to do on her own? And we've come up with something. Raylene, tell the

people what we'll be doing at the end of our update episodes now. Yeah. So now when you do book
