2:05.0 | It's a film that I recently completed and there's a narrative that I run through. It's a friend of my Tom Katina. He's the only doctor within 200 miles for about a million people in this war torn area. |
2:19.0 | And the documentary is called The Heart of Nuba and it's set in Sudan, the southern part of Sudan in the mountains there called the Nuba Mountains. |
2:28.0 | Correct, yes. And this is a, you know, this is next to the Blue Nile district. There's two, two regions that Omar Hassan al-Bashir, the president of Sudan is now focusing on. |
2:39.0 | He's he's worked his way through Darfur still there committing a lot of war crimes, but he's now focused on the Nuba Mountains in the Blue Nile district and he's committing genocide like he did in Darfur. |
