Hey Matt, remember when you told us in the first episode that sometimes prayer is hard for you?

Well, I was wondering if you've been practicing since then, and how's it going?

Julie, you gotta pray just to make it today, you know?

I've been trying to pray lots throughout the day.

I realized how much I love telling God how awesome he is. That's praise.

That's really great to hear Matt. You know the more you pray, the more you want to pray.

I've been practicing praying the Trinity, you know, praying to the Father, through the

son, by the power of the Holy Spirit. It helps me remember that God is one God and

three persons.

Sounds like you and I are learning a lot.

What about you, listeners?

What have you been learning and practicing?

Isn't it good that God is able to hear us whenever we want to talk to him?

It sure is. It means that if I wake up in the middle of the night and I'm scared or I'm worried,

I can pray. God never sleep.

Today we're going to talk about a third type of prayer called confession and

repentance.

Now those are two big words for very important practices.
