I have a podcast today for you guys that I'm excited about.

This episode was inspired by.

I was talking with a client and she mentioned one of the things she wanted to work on is her fear of driving.

And I know that that's a very real thing.

I definitely had a lot of anxiety starting to learn how to drive it.

You know, even new people that didn't get their license for a long time because they were so terrified.

So I want to talk to you guys about that today.

And I brought on a special

guest again. This is my brother Ty who is 16 and has been learning to drive and has a lot of

good insight with it. So I'm excited to share that with you guys today. But first we are going
