Welcome back to the quote of the day show. I'm your host Sean Crox and a

Sean Crox and calm. We've got the legendary Louise Hay on the show today. And

this is one of those clips that I recommend you listen to over and over and

over again. Let's put this thing on repeat because you're talking about

something that is so hard for many of us to do, which is to accept ourselves

to accept who we are. Another thing she talks about here, which is key. And I

love talking about this myself, is the seed about how all of us have the

ability to plant the seed of who we want to be, what we want to do, what we

want to have, and to be willing to nourish that seed through repetition, through

our belief, through our expectations, and through our self acceptance as well.

But one thing that we like to do when we plant our seeds is you like to dig them

up every few days and be like, what's going on? Why is it this working? We have to

be willing to be patient because your seed that you are planting is a unique

seed that has never been planted before. So there are no instructions. There's

no label that says this seed is going to sprout in three days or six months or a

year because it's a brand new seed. But what you have to be willing to do

again is to be patient and allow it to unfold in whatever way that it will.
