podcast for you today in terms of visuals.

I did something I don't usually do, which was I prepped for this.

And I have all kinds of props next to me to guide us through this episode.

So I have wanted to do an episode highlighting certain products and things that have been

really supporting me the last few months.

I have been traveling a lot.

When I get home, I'm really like, I don't know what the word is. Not intense. I'm intentional. I'm

specific about my rituals and what I'm doing, the products I'm using because I really need to

stay on my A game. I've had a lot of things where I need to be on my A game. And it's really

easy to get off track with all the traveling

and all that. So anyway, there's just a whole collection of products that I have been using

a lot on travel and here at home for the brief periods I've been here. I just think that I've been

loving in general that I wanted to share and I haven't done one of these in a while but you guys

always love when I do product share.

So I figured I just do a whole episode on it.
