Bob. I'm your host, Kevin Bup, and today I'm actually rolling solo. Charles is, he's tied up with

something. I don't know what it is, but he's tied with something. So I'm going to be rolling

solo today. And on today's show, we're going to be sharing the stage with Clinton Grimm. He's a

park investor who's been in the business for over 17 years now.

And so the interesting thing about Clinton is that he purchased the park that I had looked

at many years ago and just happens to be the one park that I still kick myself in the butt

for for not purchasing. And at that time, I was just getting started in business. I was very naive.

Had a lot of real estate experience, but just naive as a park investor. And I didn't know how good of terms that had negotiated with the seller. And I ended up getting cold feet and I backed out the deal. Well, Clint came along and bought that deal. And so today we're going to be speaking with Clint about that park, as well as his other involvement in the the park business and just really dig into his business so that we can potentially walk away from the show as smarter park investors. Before we introduce Clint to the show, I'd like to run through just
