legions of fans. No, I definitely remember. Thank you. Yeah, so for those of you who don't know Alex, he runs the Pixel Corps, which is a, well,

why don't you explain the Pixel Corps?

It does a lot of stuff.

It does education. You're in the middle of everything. education and does production it does quite a bit of

yeah so the the heart of the pixel core is that we really are designed around what

I call a guild for content creators you know the idea is to look back at the old-fashioned Craftsman's guilds where you could send out a messenger and have a hundred people come in or 200 or a thousand people come in to build your cathedral or build your

whatever and the issue was is that you didn't have to try to go out and put a help wanted

ad out people knew how to integrate together they knew how work together. There was a system to train and organize people.

And we've kind of lost that. And it makes our system very inefficient as we try to do production.

And so, you know, we started playing, I started seeing this in my, in, when I was in

production in the 90s, you could really see this disconnect where there was companies looking

for people, people who wanted to work at those companies, and it was just very hard for them to match up.

So the Pixel Corps has been this, you know, decade-long experiment, and how do we organize and make that all work?

In addition, we do some production. So we do a lot of live streaming. We also do green screen and motion capture and a lot of other things. A lot of that has been designed mostly as a way for us to keep our sword sharp. Make sure that what we're training our members in or what we're talking

to our members about is based really on production, not on ideas that might work in production

or things that we think of in the lab.

It really has to be out there in the field. And so we've done that.
