1:10.8	I'd seen the series promoted on Netflix but I hadn't actually gotten around to watching it but then I watched it over Christmas which honestly feels like so long ago now

1:27.8	insane. I need to dig a little deeper and need to cover this case. And that is what we are going to be doing today.

1:40.0	And the worst roommate ever is honestly a bit of an understatement.

1:51.4	squatter is in the episode because I had never actually heard of that term before this case but basically over the years he would go around moving with various roommates and he would basically terrorize them.
