This week on the show, we are finishing off the wind through the keyhole with the conclusion of Roland's story with the skin man and then the end of the storm.

Matt, what did you think of this week's reading?

It's bittersweet to really finally, finally be done with the Dark Tower.

I know that there will be connections and other stories, but, you know, I really cared about

Eddie, Jake, Roland, Susanna, and Oye, not the Dark Tower so much, you know.

I mean, maybe those people will show up in other stories, but I kind of doubt it.

But as for the reading itself, you know, it was really short. So that... I mean, maybe those people will show up in other stories, but I kind of doubt it.

So that's one thing about it.

It does tie everything together to end strong.

I think maybe I expected a little bit more overt closure on the whole Roland shot his mom plot thread. I mean, there was, I don't feel completely left hanging out to dry, but I guess I was

expecting more.

I was expecting like a scene where the Katat talked about the story that they just heard,

instead of just going like, cool, good night.

And then the book ending.

So I suppose I was maybe a little disappointed there, but I don't know.
