0:51.9	For most people, I believe they are only going to have one or two
0:54.8	typically their job and maybe an investment property or like a dividend paying
0:59.7	stock and my theory is this is inherently risky and we learned this the hard way
1:04.6	during the recession especially for millennials that were hit really really hard
1:08.2	with when unemployment spiked and we weren't able to find any other work and so when we are relying on just one or two sources of income,
1:15.5	when one of those stops suddenly or unexpectedly,
1:19.2	you know, we're in a world of hurt.
1:21.3	And I've actually been in that situation myself right after I quit my job.
