| 0:42.0 | It's one of those things that differentiates underdogs from |
| 0:44.8 | those with seemingly unfair advantages. And as the leader of a small company we've |
| 0:49.7 | always valued scrappy people, people who can figure things out and make something great |
| 0:54.8 | without having a big budget or a PhD. |
| 0:57.6 | I think being scrappy has been important throughout history, I'm sure Cody. |
| 1:01.5 | But I also think that we're in a time when being scrappy has become |
| 1:04.4 | almost a prerequisite for success because it's a key to survival. As important as |
| 1:10.2 | organizational health is and we do believe it's the most important |
| 1:14.1 | untapped competitive advantage, it's hard to be a healthy organization if you're not |
| 1:18.2 | a viable one. And many companies today, large and small and in between, are |
| 1:22.3 | struggling to stay viable. |
| 1:24.2 | Now I'm really glad to hear that confidence among smaller businesses is starting to go up again. |
| 1:28.7 | And I think that the scrappy companies are probably driving that confidence. |
