Hello everyone, welcome to Luke's English podcast. Now in this episode you will

hear the continuation of an interview which I did recently with the German

comedian called Paco Erhart. He's German but he's been living in London for a few

years. He's lived in America for a long time. He speaks very, very good English. And in the last

episode you heard him talking about his experiences as a learner of English

and how he learned English and then how he came to do comedy in English here in London. Now in this interview you're going to hear him

go on to talk about his show, his comedy show which is called Five Steps to

Being German. Now if you want to see that comedy show you can as long as you're in

the UK if you want to see it he's performing it at the Brighton Fringe

Festival and he's performing that on the 9th the 10th the 11th the 16th and the 18th of

May at 7 45 p.m. in the Hobgoblin pub he's's also performing it at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival

from the 5th of August until the 28th of August at 6 p.m. in the Three Sisters Gothic Room. I strongly recommend that you

check out his show because it's going to be brilliant. So now listen to Paco

interesting cultural facts about German people and about British people.

It's obviously very important these days in this global community that we're living in,

that we get a deeper understanding of cultural attitudes, cultural values, cultural habits between different countries.

I think that's one of the most important things that we as individuals need to do

in order to operate in a kind of global community, right?
