My guest today is an internationally famous actress, businesswoman and model.

She's a global ambassador for the Estee Lord of Company's breast cancer campaign,

and she has her own beachwear line.

I'm talking today with Liz Hurley.

Because our business, you know, show business, it is a very cruel and evil business in many,

many ways.

It's not for the faint-hearted.

You have to toughen up and you have to have a huge amount of self-belief because you get

kicked in the teeth so much. Always believe that there's something great around the corner. And the funny thing is for ShowBiss, they normally is. You just have to get through the bad bits. You just have to keep getting up. As we know in ShowBiss, one door opens and another slams you in the face and normally breaks your nose and you have to go off into, you know, the injury, sit on the injury bench for a while.

You've just got to get off it again.

I'm probably at my happiest when I'm hanging

with my really old friends cackling with laughter.

I don't care what I look like and I don't care what I say

and I'm totally relaxed and I'm in a safe environment

and we just are sick and have a laugh.
