You have to toughen up and you have to have a huge amount of self-belief because you get

kicked in the teeth so much. Always believe that there's something great around the corner. And the funny thing is for ShowBiss, they normally is. You just have to get through the bad bits. You just have to keep getting up. As we know in ShowBiss, one door opens and another slams you in the face and normally breaks your nose and you have to go off into, you know, the injury, sit on the injury bench for a while.
