How am I? How many of you are just staring straight ahead or looking at the phone or completely

dumbfounded? Like did you actually think of something that you should be doing like that? I know for me it's been difficult to really get into work mode in the little pockets of time that's

I much prefer big time blocks where I'm able to effectively work in my business but I

realize that for a lot of you that's not a reality yet and and maybe never will. I remember starting my business. I had two very very

young at a newborn and a two and a half year old. I had a crazy household I was trying to maintain. I was trying to build the business,

the kids were with me all the time. Like I had cracks in my day to work on the business

and so I had to get really effective at getting things done in

little chunks of time or you have a full-time job and by the time you get home

you don't want to take a two- hour work block away from your family so maybe

you're using kiddo bath time as a time to work on the business or maybe you're

stealing 30 minutes when everybody goes to bed and you're wondering what the heck should I do because I think

the other problem is that we swirl and swirl and swirl trying to figure out what we're actually

supposed to be doing right now that we don't get anything done.
