because, you know, for the majority of people, we would use it. We'd use it in some context,

in some area of our life. And obviously it's something that's quite broad and would be used

in certain situations. But it's quite often a phrase, especially in the world of nutrition,

where people will be talking about something that is quite often sort of perceived as potentially

bad or negative. And you're maybe having a chat, maybe someone's talking about alcohol and how

much they have alcohol. And someone sort of like, you know, maybe talking them about it, they're sort

of maybe questioning it a little bit. And the response on that person and kind of a justification
