Well I don't think you're great we just had a conversation and we were talking about various

ailments as we do as ladies of a certain age. And so you know we're doing fine how about that?

Mary Payne, first just be honest we struggling.

We're struggling yes we are yes we are I'll just say this if any of you guys have any advice

about IBS? It's a girl up because I'm on that journey now. Lots of people do. Lots of people do.

I was a lot of our listeners listen to Jeff Lewis live like I do and they know that Jamison

is on there and he talks about it a lot and Jeff of course as he does makes fun of him all the time.

But he he does talk about it a lot and how he sort of handled it over the years and how he knows

what to eat and everything but I imagine it's like a learning process that is probably not a fun one.

It is most definitely trial and error and that is no fun it's not cute it's not sexy it's not clean

of those things at all like I've almost probably run over a small child trying to raise

home from a restaurant like because I have a fear of public restrooms. I gotta go home and when I

tell you I get on the streets of seat belts off the car doors already halfway open.

Yeah fun time yeah yeah well if you guys out there have any any what's the word I'm looking
