| 1:01.2 | in that episode where whether you're putting a plan together for yourself or for a team, |

| 1:22.2 | plan and make it even better, or in an effective plan and revive it and have it start to work for you. |

| 1:52.0 | to accelerate the development of those skills we identified in the prior point. |
| 1:57.0 | We need to spend more time practicing and becoming great at the handful of things that are most influential to making the plan work and hitting the goal. |
| 2:05.6 | And then we talked about consistency, that no plan is effective if the right things are only done occasionally every once in a while when people feel like it. |
