Product, you got to be selling the right thing at the right time in history, by the way.

You could be selling the right thing at the wrong time in history, where there's no demand, it's not viral.

And then promotions, you got to know how to market the damn e-com business.

And in placement, you have to know how to have the website and to ship the product

if it's physical or digital so that it's placed in the hands of your paying customers.

Let's talk about number two, which is product.

You get the product thing wrong

and you could have the other three peas working well and it just stymies the whole thing.
