All right one of the most common questions I've gotten over the last five years is

I don't know how many years ago.

Just look, the university system is a, you know, there's literally trillions of dollars spent globally on education and

now that's starting to fragment and so instead of people just having, you know, junior colleges, universities, community

colleges, people are going to just start learning online.

You already see it with big companies like masterclass.

You see all these people selling courses, and so selling your expertise is, and let me give you a specific thing.

So it's not, it's becoming saturated for you to just go out and sell a course for 50 bucks a month.

If nobody knows who you are, it's a little tricky.

Nowadays, just from the standpoint of, you know, you don't have a brand.

So what's best is launch a free or super low price course,

like a dollar or five dollars or ten bucks.

And then, um, or $5 or $10 and then build a little community and then make your money by upselling into

selling upgrades into live coaching.

And you can do two types of live coaching.

The most expensive you'll charge will be for 101, live like video coaching,

and then group, one to many so you that way if you build a hundred

people into a free course and you can convert 5% of them okay if 5% of them, okay, if 5 percent of them, that's just five people, come into a either group

or one-on-one coaching, and let's say depending on what you're teaching, you're charging anywhere

for group coaching to

one-on-one coaching of a hundred to a thousand bucks a month, you know, five customers
