Leah is the mom of a young girl who has type 1 diabetes and she reached out to me and said she wanted to talk about unfounded fear.

She said there's a lot of fear in the diabetes community and she doesn't think a lot of it is necessary.

It leads to a lot of anxiety that's not necessary.

And we started talking about that and then the conversation just went everywhere.

So, I don't know get comfortable unless you're like at the

grocery store and then you know look over at that weird guy that's probably

following you around but trying to act like he's not.

Just close your eyes.
