coached so many of y'all on boys this week. I guess it was just one of those weeks where we

were all having boy issues, but I I have to say so I got a request

to do an episode on being single and I loved that idea and I also have to tell all of you guys

thank you for the request on different topics it really is super helpful for me as I start brainstorming and trying to think of something to talk

about I love hearing like your guys's input and things that like you're struggling with and

what you need help and advice on so thank you guys for all the feedback and today's episode
