Two thumbs up for being back together for God's Big Story, season six.

You know, I'll give my two thumbs up for that too, Julie.

And we've got a special season in store for our listeners, right?

Right.

This mini season, we're going to learn all about prayer like who do we pray to and how do we pray and what are even the different types of prayer and of course we'll open up our Bibles to help us understand prayer

through God's true word. I can't wait to learn alongside with our listeners.

Sometimes it can be so hard to pray. You're not alone, Matt. But God says that prayer matters. Our prayers are always

answered by the God of the universe. Amazing! Amazing, indeed. Okay, so let's first talk about who we pray to. Now I know that seems like a silly question, but let's talk about it anyway because it can get confusing.

We pray to God.

Remember, God is one God and three persons.

God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit.

That's right, Matt. We call that the Trinity.

And when we pray, we pray to the Father, through the Son,

and by the Holy Spirit. The reason we can talk to the Father is because we

love and trust the Son who has given us the Holy Spirit as our helper.

Easy, right? Glad I asked.

Okay, Julie, so then the next question is, how do we pray?
