Hey everyone. Thanks for joining us on today's Eagle Eye Podcast and you might have

noticed that the Rubnos Podcast is now called the Eagle Eye Podcast.

It's all a result of a lawsuit. Rubin Frank has

actually sued the Rubino's podcast. I have actually sued myself because I

wasn't... And I sued the podcast because it was called Rub Knows and I don't think you knew that much.

Yeah and Dave was an equal partner in the podcast and it was called Rub Knows.

It wasn't really fair to Dave. So we banded about different names. We thought

about Dave knows, but that didn't really come. Yeah, that'd be lying too. That

really would be disingenuous. So we thought about Rube and Dave Dave no but it just didn't have the same

ring to it and we already have an eagle eye podcast and we figured we would

make it this one I like it eagle eye works for me so it's not with the eagle and we used to do

we used to do a thing over at the novacare center every week of video the video is eagle

eagle I'm sure we still have those animations somewhere.

So it's kind of continuing.

Yeah, outie. Yeah, but we yeah, we're kind of

of continuing the lineage of of Eagle Eye. Yeah, I like that we're using it again.

Yeah, we are and so Rub knows no more I no longer know I never really didn't know but we did fool him for a while but anyway anyway, this is going to be the

podcast. It's going to be the same thing, exact same podcast. Same stuff. We
