yesterday, technically, after my little break. I know in these episodes, I seem a little bit

quiet. It's because I don't want to

talk too loud because I just recovered from my voice and everything. And I feel a lot better,

but I also don't want to talk super loud and get a raspy voice or get congested in the middle

of this episode. So I'm going to be talking a little bit quieter than usual, which maybe you'll be

happy about because sometimes I re-listen to myself and I'm like, wow, you are being so loud and obnoxious, like quiet down a little bit.

So in today's episode, we're going to be talking all about like caring what people think of us,

people kind of being confrontational. I got a few people who wanted me to talk about standing up

for yourself and also people who wanted me to talk about standing up for yourself and also people who wanted me

to talk about caring what people think about us, having strangers say mean things about us,

having friends talk about us, like everything like that. So we're going to get into it today

and we're going to talk about it. And so I feel like when as a girl, if you're listening to this

and you're a girl, I feel like as girls,

girls go through this. And this is a known thing that girls go through this more than guys do.

Like girls go through gossip way more than guys do because girls love gossip and girls love drama

and girls love talking about other girls. So it's a known fact that girls go through this more. Like there's,

there's, a girl's always going to find out that a girl's talking about her more than a guy is going

to find out a guy's talking about him. Like I've seen girls fight and the way girls treat each other
