Welcome to the perfume room. For my scent of the day today, I'm going to tell you what I wore yesterday because yesterday was my boyfriend's birthday.

And to celebrate, I got tickets for us and some friends to go to the Mets game. Obviously, the fragrances that we wore were the most important part, which on a side note, if you ever see pictures of me on Instagram, rooting for the Mets, and you're like, okay, she's a baseball girlie. I didn't realize I'm a love sports so much. Let me just set the record straight right here. I like baseball. I'm a Mets fan the same way that I eat

turkey on Thanksgiving, right? Like, is this really meaningful for me? Do I actually even like it?

Not particularly. However, if you tell me something is tradition, sign, sealed, delivered,

I am yours. I come from a long line of Jewish New Yorkers. We just, we root for the Mets in perpetuity. I don't make the rules. And also, okay, one more thing while we're on the, while we're on the subject, apparently the Mets, you guys are like, why are you talking about this? Apparently, the Mets are having a great season this year and it just gets me so choked up.

Yesterday, there was a good play that happened. I think it was like two outs at once.

The crowd went wild. Everyone was cheering. Okay. And I started crying. And Felipe was like,

what is wrong with you? Why are you crying right now? And I just said, wow,

how beautiful for these fans. Their unwavering, relentless loyalty is being rewarded. And here we are

witnessing it in real time. So yeah, a few people have suggested I get my estrogen levels checked.

You really cannot take me anywhere. Every single thing makes me cry. If you want to see me

like audibly sob, take me to a play. Curtain call, I'm done. I'm done. Anyway, this is

neither a sports nor health podcast. So let's get back to the reason you are all here. Perfume. What did we wear? You ask. Okay. So Felipe wore Molecule 01, which was actually generously gifted to me from eccentric molecules. But of course, he has since acquired it. This is how these things work. But of course, it smells much better on him than it does on me. So I was happy to give it to him.

He layered that with blue to Chanel. And I asked him, the birthday boy, what do you want me to wear? He said, go with something bright and light. So naturally, I chose citrus grandis from Chris Collins, which I think I talked about in both last week's episode and the one before, but it is such a beautiful pomello musky citrus perfect for a breezy daytime baseball game.

And even better because that is actually who our guest is today.
