Because most of you guys out there listening are probably hoping for your first home purchase to be in 2022.

That's also a great time for us to go back and look at some of the basics that every first time buyer should know.

a home in 2021, because I don't think you were thinking about doing this when you were 12.

back to some of those fundamentals that I was talking about.
