0:08.0	masterminds with other peers that are kind of where I am in business, the more that I'm really starting to
0:14.8	comprehend this overarching problem and prevalence of perfectionism, one, and then
0:22.4	secondly, overthinking.
0:25.0	And as I'm watching different people really struggle
0:28.8	with these two things, I'm starting to very clearly
0:31.8	see how it is completely stifling success.
0:36.0	You know, perfectionism keeps us in this place of constant consumption and learning mode or maybe redoing it over and over or
0:46.2	thinking that we can't move forward until it's up to some you know elusive
0:51.2	standard and then overthinking is similar but in a different way
0:54.8	it's round and round like is this good enough and what are they going to think
0:58.9	about me if I'm not doing it the right way or should it be this thing or should it say this thing it's like
1:04.3	and there's so much swirling that it hinders us from actually taking action
1:12.2	moving forward, and ultimately finding success.
1:16.5	Because in order to have success,
1:18.0	we have to have one thing.
1:19.8	It's action.
1:21.0	And then, of course, all the other things after that consistency discipline
1:24.8	optimization like you chose this life friend being an entrepreneur is not for the
1:31.1	faint of heart it takes takes energy, it takes effort, it takes
1:34.8	resilience, it takes will, it takes discipline, but it's so worth it. I promise you if
1:40.9	you can just kind of maybe let go of some of these old habits that will hinder you.
