0:00.0	I was aware of her in the mid-70s and I saw some commercials on TV for this movie that was coming out called Taxi Driver.
0:09.3	And I saw that Jody was in the movie, so I made a point of going to see the movie.
0:14.2	And I got really an enthralled by that movie.
0:17.3	And I could relate so much to Travis Bickle, the main character.
0:21.2	The life I was living at the time was similar to the life he was living.

And I was thinking by what I did on March 30s, 1981, there would be some kind of a magical reunion with Jody that we would live happily ever after. I mean, to say that now sounds preposterous, but that's the way I was thinking back then.
