Tim is in the middle of his slow draft, and he is on the clock, Timmy.

So we're all excited.

But first, how are you doing?

I'm doing great.

Rich, I just got back from Thunder Bay in my annual check-in with my cardiologist.

And as much as it may amaze some people, especially those drafting with me, I do have a heart, Rich.

Oh, apparently it's fairly good.

so cinnamon roll pop-tarts?

Yes, I did tell her that I eat nothing but 12 grain whole wheat toast, lightly buttered.

Does that sound about right okay that sounds about

right so timmy how often do you have the pop tarts uh my cardiologist isn't listening so probably

i've cut down to probably once a week now rich again i i i know know I'm actually drinking more water, trying to eat healthier,

which is not a really big step for me based on, you know, setting the bar where I set it for most of my life.

But, hey, I'm working at it.
