service providers doing work for your clients.

But what hires do you make before you are ready to bring that other service provider to work

with your clients doing all or almost all the things that you are currently doing?

So think about if you're a solo provider doing all the things

for all the people, but you're not quite ready to bring on another you. What do you do?

Well, I have an answer for you. You hire for micropositions in your business. And guess what?

I come up with that term in the middle of this episode. So I had the construct, the idea, and this is

something that we help clients do. I just didn't have the words for it or the way to

quickly frame it for you. And I'm so excited to introduce you to the concept of micropositions.
