I'm so psyched that you are here with me today. I want to start with the question.

Have you ever wondered what drives your ambition? Like are you out to create

something or are you out to prove something or are you out to prove

someone wrong. Now I can honestly say in my young life that I fell into the latter

category although it came as news to me in therapy because I did not realize that the level of my ambition, my drive to like leap up to the top of the ladder in entertainment before I became a psychotherapist. I was a talent

agent for supermodels and celebrities doing endorsement deals. I did not realize how much that ambition and that career was driven by my father wound.
