Hello and welcome back, friends. I'm so pumped for today's episode. We are going to catch up.

We are going to talk about some changes. I know a lot

of people are going through changes. I'll probably touch on, I had mentioned before in a video,

I was going to talk about some really specific things I do when I'm going through a rebirth that

ground me through the process. And I know a lot of people have

been going through that over the last few months. Like this year is so intense. Like we are in

this collective seven year. There's a lot of spiritual awakening. And I think that when

people first started talking about that early in the year, a lot of people

receiving that information were thinking of it more as, oh, people are going to wake up to

spirituality like their first spiritual awakening.

There are awakenings within the awakening, you know, so there are different levels, levels of spiritual

awakening. There are different levels of your mission, soul family, you know, since I've started

this real spiritual journey, there have been so many different activations and levels of awakening.

I just get deeper and deeper.

I'm brought to new levels.

And I actually feel like, yeah, it's hitting a lot of people hard in terms of it's

their first spiritual awakening.

But it's also really hitting the light workers, the light leader is hard because we

are being called up to a new level.

And we are really being forced to look at all the places where we're out of alignment when we think we are.

So anyway, that's, you know, I feel like the big energy of the last few months' death and rebirth.

I feel like the energy is going to get really interesting.
