Carnival Corporation returning to service. Yeah, this is the same judge who you'll remember

a year or so ago, came down very hard on Carnival, sort of threatened that if they didn't get

their environmental act together, she was going to prevent them from sailing out of any port in the

United States. Nothing really came of that. But now as we start, you know, heading toward ramping up

for the return to service again, she is now saying that she might put out an order that says

that they have to basically give her 60 days in, they notify her 60 days in advance before they reenter water so that she can get each ship certified, meaning, and it's a little unclear whether she means each ship that is planning to sail as it's going to sail or all the ships at once.
