and today we are looking at tight and Daniel Bellinger, 6 foot 553 pounds, 22 years old.

He was a fourth round pick in 2022, the first ever day three pick by Joe Shane.

Last year in 12 games he had 30 catches, 268 yards, two touchdowns, and 85% catch rate

plus a rushing touchdown as well, Justin, even with Darren Waller on this team, I expect

Daniel Bellinger to get a lot of snaps because he's never going to be a guy who stuffs

the stat sheet, but he's always going to be a guy important to successful offense for

the Giants.

He was really important last year, Warren Sharp recently went on the Giants title podcast

and he did the splits of when Bellinger was off the field last year and when Bellinger

was on the field.

And there was a decent sample size of both because of Daniel Bellinger got his eye poked

out against Jacksonville and it was a shame that that was the game that he got his eye poked

out because he was starting to really kind of catch a little bit of momentum in this offense.

But Daniel Bellinger on the field, the Giants had a plus 0.27 EPA per dropback, which

is all right.

And then Bellinger off the field, the Giants had a minus 0.15 EPA per dropback, per Warren

Sharp again.

So that's pretty dramatic.

You know, I'm going to ask you, like I have my little theory on why Daniel Bellinger

was important and like why that's such a difference there.

But it's clear that when Daniel Bellinger was on the field, this offense was better overall.
