This week was a little bit of a whirlwind. You tie in Memorial Day and a four game set from the bottom, which was the talking Yankees pregame show on Tuesday, the speed pregame, to the emotion we had going into today, where we thought Garrett Cole about to win three out of four against the rays, who've been the best team in a while.

We covered the baseball spectrum this series and we end up with a split, which not ideal, but you know, this is our first time this year seeing glass now.

The rays were playing great baseball coming into this. You're not not happy with the split, but when you had it on the table for three out of four, it could have kind of been a statement win of sorts.

And that falls out of the window, by the wayside, out of the window, by the wayside, super happy with the result of a split, because they didn't play as good as a split, even.

Right. They played poorly. They won two games. And I'm glad about that. Yeah. But like the play, thank you very much, Sam. I appreciate you. I forgot to get a monster.

The play was bad. And the hitting was bad. And the pitching was bad. I think it's the worst four starts in a row. And Monti saves it in the base running with bats.

Oh, you're happy that the standing stay looking okay fence was black. Yeah. Yeah. No, it's.

It's just it's bizarre. I think if we if this game went how you know, 75% of garrickals starts and pinstripes should be going, you know, we'd be said garrickals last start against this team was eight innings pitched.

It was 14 strikeouts zero earned runs. So there was a hope that that would be happening today.

It did not end, you know, three out of four with the red socks coming in who they just had a bad series and Houston, like there this episode could have been full juice.

It's tempered juice. And that's probably just where it deserves to be. But man, I don't know, you know,

you know, it's crazy, which the Yankees haven't been doing a lot of that. So that's kind of a win. Win that they survived the race. But yeah, I mean, they want to loss and then they lost two losses. And then game three win maybe even Boone said, like, well, we'll take the win, but we didn't play good. Yeah.
