Hey David how are you good and I'm very excited we have a workflow guest today Michael

welcome Michael thank you great to be here you know Michael is Michael. Thank you.

You know, Michael is one of my inspirations for getting my books done.

Michael publishes, among other things, Michael has written books.

He wrote Being Geek and Managing Humans, which are two excellent books, and

he publishes the Ran's in Repose blog.

And Michael, I told you this earlier, but I think your blog is the best signal to noise ratio blog on the internet.

You know, because, you know, you post a couple times a month and every time you do,

I just stop what I'm doing and read it front to end because it's always something interesting.

I appreciate that.

It's a little bit of a, you see all those people out there like posting daily and you know doing little snippets of things or

like half thoughts and paragraphs and what. Now I spend a lot of time in each piece and

it takes a while and it's only like was or twice a month but hopefully the content is there.

Yeah well you know it is absolutely I don't even insta paper I just read it you know it's

just so good but the you know the reason I wanted to have you on, there's a couple of reasons.

First of all, is just, you know, when I wrote those books, you wrote a book,

you wrote a post called How to Write a book, and I've linked it in the show in the past.

And it's just really just practical great information soup to nuts and anybody who's interested in writing a book I highly recommend go and do it and I imagine that kind of a rose out of your experiences in writing being geek and managing humans.
