To diligently seek the good is to be seeking the source of all goodness who is God himself.

And you want to seek him because seeking him is to find his favor.

The contrast is with the person who's hunting for evil.

Alas, he finds it, much to his own possibly eternal regret. He finds what he's been looking for.

The Word of the Lord endures forever is a daily verse-by-verse Bible study with the church,

past and present. Pastor Whedon is leading us in a study of the book of Proverbs, chapters 11 through 20.
